Lubbock Municipal Court Offering October Case Resolution Campaign

City of Lubbock Municipal Court invites citizens to take care of their unpaid Class C misdemeanor citations and warrants, including unpaid traffic tickets, through the October Case Resolution Campaign. The program includes only cases filed in Lubbock Municipal Court.
If you have charges pending against you in Lubbock Municipal Court, you can inquire about this program by coming to Lubbock Municipal Court Monday through Friday, on the following dates and times:
Thursday, October 1, 2026 through Friday, October 16, 2026 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
If you voluntarily appear during these times, you will not be arrested.
You must bring your identification card or driver’s license with you. Charges for failure to appear will be waived for those who come in voluntarily. No appointments are needed, and Spanish-speaking interpreters will be available.
If you are unable to pay your citations or warrants, you still have options and are encouraged to attend one of the walk-in dates and speak to the judge about payment plans, community service, and/or applying jail time as credit. Bring your jail card with you. Speaking to a judge is required to participate in these options.
If you do not need to speak with the judge, you can go directly to the court window to take care of your pending citations and warrants.
