Road Closure on Portion of Upland Avenue to Begin Friday
Beginning Friday, August 14, Barricades Unlimited will close Upland Avenue, between 4th Street and 12th Street, for Utility Contractors of America to perform underground utility work. The work is scheduled to be completed in approximately two months, weather permitting.
The City urges motorists to use an alternate route if possible, eliminate distractions, and plan for extra travel time when driving through the area.
