Tee Up for a Great Cause at the CASA Classic


The CASA Classic golf tournament is coming to Hillcrest Country Club on Monday, October 26th, bringing together the community, golfers, local businesses for a great day on the course while supporting CASA of the South Plains. This tournament will be featuring a 4-man scramble including men, women and young golfers. Along with a day of golf, food, and a great community, businesses and organizations can support the event through a variety of different sponsorship packages that are currently available.
Sponsorship Opportunities Include:
- $5,000 – Presenting Sponsor (1 available)
- $4,000 – Bar Sponsor (1 available)
- $3,000 – Hole-in-One Sponsor (1 available)
- $3,000 – Golf Cart Sponsor (1 available)
- $3,000 – Raffle Sponsor (1 available)
- $3,000 – Practice Putting Sponsor (1 available)
- $3,000 – Driving Range Sponsor (1 available)
- $2,000 – Eagle Sponsor
- $1,000 – Team Entry Sponsor (opening on September 1st)
Sponsorships provide local businesses with an opportunity to support CASA, connect with the community and gain visibility through the tournament. Participants can look forward to lunch from Aspen Creek Grill and swag bags. CASA is still seeking a breakfast sponsor and will announce the schedule for the tournament as we get closer.
The CASA Classic golf tournament is more than just a Monday to call out of work and golf. It’s a chance for the community to come together, support CASA, and make a positive difference for the children and families that CASA of the South Plains serves. About CASA of the South Plains
CASA of the South Plains inspires, educates, and empowers solution-minded community members who are committed to supporting the best interest of children in the foster care system. Volunteer advocates create connections and promote nurturing relationships for the child and family, encouraging hope and healing. Through court appointment and collaborative efforts, volunteer advocates share informed recommendations for the well-being of the child. CASA supports children in six counties in the South Plains: Cochran, Hale, Hockley, Lubbock, Terry, and Yoakum.
CASA’s Impact*
- 374 children received advocacy services from CASA of the South Plains in 2025.
- 222 CASA Volunteers donated a total of 5,832 hours in 2025, saving county taxpayers $320,760 in county paid attorneys’ fees.
- 120 youth in foster care found permanency with the help of their CASA Volunteer in 2025.
