Lubbock Independent School District Partners with Toot’n Totum for Second Annual Spirit Pumps Program
Lubbock Independent School District (Lubbock ISD) is excited to announce that it will once again partner with Toot’n Totum’s annual Spirit Pumps program.
Beginning today, Aug. 10, every gallon of fuel pumped at a school’s designated Spirit Pump — branded with the school’s colors and logo — will generate a five-cent donation from Toot’n Totum directly to that high school, with funds supporting school safety and security initiatives.
The program runs for 15 weeks, concluding before Thanksgiving break. Participating pumps are wrapped in each school’s colors and branding, turning everyday fill-ups into a visible show of school pride and a simple way for neighbors, parents and fans to give back every time they fuel up.
“We’re so excited to partner with Toot’n Totum again this year as part of their Spirit Pumps program,” said Superintendent Kathy Rollo. “This initiative connects the community through a product they use every day and directly supports their school and students in critical school safety and security measures.”
The Spirit Pumps media kickoff will take place at Toot’n Totum (5202 Erskine St.) at 9 a.m on Friday, Aug. 14. Student groups from Coronado, Estacado, Lubbock High, Monterey and Talkington High School will be present at this location to celebrate the start of the program. Students groups will then visit their own branded pumps as part of the kick off at the following participating locations:
