Covenant Health Hosts Fifth Annual Back-to-School Bash
Covenant Health is excited to host its annual Back-to-School Bash from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1 at Covenant Northwest Clinic, 611 N. Frankford Ave. The event offers a convenient, one-stop opportunity for families to prepare their children for the school year with required health services and family-friendly activities.
Children can receive state-required immunizations for $8 per vaccine and sports physicals for $35. Families are encouraged to bring vaccination records if available.

In addition to immunizations and physicals, attendees can enjoy a variety of activities, including:
- Exploring first responder vehicles
- Face painting and balloon animals
- Meeting ‘Star Wars’ characters
- Various games, contests and prizes
- Children’s nutrition education, including heart-healthy options
The Covenant Northwest Clinic is a family health and urgent care clinic providing comprehensive services to families.
