City of Lubbock to Host Ceremonial Groundbreaking for 2022 Street Bond Project on Upland Avenue
The City of Lubbock will host a ceremonial groundbreaking event to celebrate the kick-off of the Upland Avenue bond project at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. This project will include the widening and rebuilding of Upland Avenue from 34th to 50th Streets, as part of the 2022 street bond.
