Upland Avenue Road Closure for Sewer Line Construction
For the next few weeks, Upland Avenue, from 9th Street to 12th Street, will be closed for crews to construct a sewer main.
The work is expected to be completed by June 26, weather permitting.
Citizens are asked to drive with caution in the area, or to avoid it if possible.
