New Traffic Signal 66th Street and Upland Avenue
On Thursday, May 14, the City of Lubbock Traffic Management Department will activate the newly constructed traffic signals at the intersection of 66th Street and Upland Avenue.
This work aims to improve safety and reduce delays at the intersection.
The City urges motorists to be cautious at the intersection while users become accustomed to the new traffic pattern. The City reminds drivers never to stop on railroad tracks.
