Lubbock Public Health to Host East Lubbock Block Party
Lubbock Public Health invites the community to attend its East Lubbock Block Party. This family-friendly event is free and open to the public. The event will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Dollar Tree parking lot located at 1807 Parkway Drive in Lubbock, Texas.
The East Lubbock Block Party will serve as a resource and health fair, connecting families with local services, while providing a fun and welcoming environment for all ages. A variety of activities will be available to attendees including food trucks, games, music, and local vendors. Lubbock Public Health encourages community members, families, and individuals both young and old to attend and take advantage of the available resources while enjoying a day of entertainment and connection.
Organizers include Lubbock Public Health’s Prevention Resource Center and Helping Every Adolescent Reach Dreams (HEARD) Coalition, Manos Unidas West Texas Coalition, and the YWCA’s Youth Leadership Development (CYD) Coalition.
