Learning to Breathe is a six-week program designed for students in 6th-12th grade. This program focuses on helping teens build mindfulness skills, manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen focus in a supportive and positive environment. Reel Books Book Club at Groves Branch Library

Join us for exciting, quality storytimes with new elements. We will read books, sing songs, engage in social play, and do fun activities. We will also work on early literacy (colors, numbers, and letters), foundational (vocabulary), and social-emotional development (problem solving, sharing) skills. Recommended for ages 2-5.
