Lubbock ISD Athletics to Host 2026 Lubbock Invitational Track Meet


WHAT: The Lubbock Independent School District (Lubbock ISD) Athletics team is proud to host the annual Lubbock Invitational Track Meet. The meet will bring together high school student-athletes from across West Texas and the Permian Basin, competing across six divisions: Division I Boys and Girls, Division II Boys and Girls, and Junior Varsity Boys and Girls.
This invitational serves as a key tuneup for UIL District, Area, and Regional competition, drawing programs from Lubbock, Midland, Odessa, El Paso, Canyon, and surrounding communities.

WHEN & WHERE: The meet is scheduled to take place at Lowrey Field at PlainsCapital Park-Lowrey Field (6601 Ave. P).
- 2:30 p.m. on Friday, March 27
- 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 28

WHO: This event is open to the public and media. Spectators must enter through Gate 1 and tickets can be purchased via Hometown Ticketing. Adult tickets are priced at $4 and student tickets are priced at $2.
