Lane Closures on Indiana Avenue Between 34th & 35th Streets
The City of Lubbock Water Utilities closed northbound lanes on Indiana Avenue from 34th Street to 35th Street to make emergency repairs to two sewer manholes. Two eastbound through lanes, and the westbound left turn lane, on 34th Street will also be closed for the duration of the work. The work is expected to be completed be by March 17, weather permitting.
The City urges motorists to use an alternate route if possible, eliminate distractions, and plan for extra travel time when driving through the area.
